TM-H-8.3 fits Humminbird® Solix Mega Si GPS G2N or G3N transducer XM 14 HW MSI T or Helix Mega Si GPS G3N or G4N transducer XM 9 HW MSI T,  XTM 9 HW MSI T or XM 9 H1012 HW MSI T  for trolling motor, set back, hole shot plate or jack plate installation.  If this item is going on a Trolling Motor, please answer the trolling motor questions.  If this item is going on the Jack Plate please answer all the questions about your jack plate and boat.  It is very important that you answer the questionnaire in full please.

NOTE:  When the transducer is attached to a Set Back, Hole Shot Plate or the side of a Jack Plate, it will not track the bottom when up on plane because the transducer is out of the water.  For bottom reading on plane, a transducer inside the hull will be required.

Item # TM-H-8.3 is built in High Quality Alloy and Black Powder Coated.  It is designed to fit Humminbird® Solix Mega G2N or G3N Si GPS Transducer XM 14 HW MSI T or XTM 14 HW MSI T and Helix Mega G3N or G4N Si GPS Transducer  XM 9 HW MSI T,  XTM 9 HW MSI T or XM9 H1012 HW MSI T.  The Sleek Hydrodynamic Design will cut through the water for less drag, especially on trolling motors.  It reduces collection of debris, keeps the transducer positioned correctly and will not interfere with the transducer signal.  NOTE:  When the transducer is attached to a Set Back, Hole Shot Plate or the side of a Jack Plate, it will not track the bottom when up on plane because the transducer is out of the water.  For bottom reading on plane, a transducer inside the hull will be required.

For trolling motor installation, two straps are required and are not included with the Transducer Shield.  Heavy Duty Stainless Steel, Black Powder Coated straps are available @ $5.95 each.

WARNING:  Due to the size of the transducer and Transducer Shield, when installed on a trolling motor, additional components may be required for a better fit on the trolling motor. If your trolling motor has the skeg at the front you will need a Ram Rail Kit @ $150.00 in addition to the Transducer Shield.  Please call for assistance.

Item # TM-H-8.3 along with additional accessories can easily be bolted to one of our L Brackets for installation on the side of a Jack Plate OR on a Wedges for installation under a Jack Plate if a hole shot plate is present OR on a Wedges for installation on the Set Back under the boat.  For more information please go to L Brackets and/or Wedges.
